Portland Aerial Tram

Riding above the forested hill of Southwest Portland in the aerial cabins gives one a
unique perspective of the eastern horizon of Portland. But what speaks to me are the
sleek lines of the support tower of the Aerial Tram rising elegantly and making this
breathtaking journey possible. This tower supports the tram cabins to carry commuters
between the Portland South Waterfront to the Marquam Hill neighborhood giving
360degrees views of downtown Portland, Willamette River and the Cascade Mountain
range.
